For almost two decades, William D. Jones, MD, has owned a private medical practice located in Oklahoma, City, OK. His practice focuses on occupational and primary preventive medicine. In addition to his work at his OK practice, William D. Jones, MD, works as an Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation court-appointed independent medical examiner.

Dr. Jones belongs to several professional organizations, including the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, theOklahoma State Medical Association, and the American Medical Association. Since 2012, he has been the secretary and treasurer for the Oklahoma College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine.

Heavily involved in his community, Dr. Jones sponsors the Cleveland County 4-H Canine Search and Rescue Training program and is active with the Irish Setter Club of Oklahoma, where he is the dog-show secretary. In
conjunction with the Angel Foundation and SWAT Academy, he sponsors several baseball and softball teams. Both organizations provide equipment and instruction for Oklahoma City-area youth. He also has served on the board of directors for the Cleveland County 4-H Foundation.
